Morgans Hotel - Swansea

The room was a nice size, I had brilliant experience.

the breakfast was savoury and fresh made for the muesli, with plenty of savoury options. the hotel was in a super central location to all the main attractions of beautiful swansea.

We had the superior town house and it was fantastic.

Very central location of this boutique hotel was a bonus. The staff was amicable and exceptional all the time. Enjoyed the classic town house with high ceiling, wouldn't mind staying there all day.

Brilliant service was provided too. Everywhere was clean, room with coffee, a lounge area and soundproof windows was really stunning and ideal. The hotel had a marvellous and unbeatable location a couple of blocks away from Maritime Quarter. ...

Noise disturbances from adjacent rooms can be disruptive during events!!! Maintenance issues like scuffed walls and insufficient seating in common areas need improvement!!! Better instructions for in-room coffee machines would enhance the experience!!!

The spacious room had some amazing features, and the location is perfect for exploring. Plus, the extra long bath was a fantastic treat!

Wonderful ambiance, friendly service, luxurious bathroom.

This place suits me perfectly, offering great amenities like free wi-fi, a lovely bar/lounge area, and 24-hour reception. I remember when the staff kindly helped me with local delivery options during my first stay....  

The bedroom was simply amazing with a lovely bathroom featuring a double shower and Moulton Brown products. The fantastic breakfast was a highlight boasting fresh fruit and pastries. I totally enjoyed lounging on the sun terrace and even took advantage of the cozy leisure room to unwind. Just a heads up, there was a little hiccup when my partner accidentally got connected to the wrong room, but it gave us a good laugh!

The grandeur of Morgans, with its exquisite decor, is like stepping into a luxurious dream. The thoughtful modifications for accessibility ensured my comfort.

More assistance with luggage handling would be helpful.

Unique stay with excellent character

I loved the character and history of the building, especially the fine architecture and quirky room designs. The staff were genuinely attentive and were really nice too make sure everything was perfect. The breakfast service could use improvement as it felt a bit slow on busy mornings.

Nice stay, but room was a letdown

The bar area was super chill and the staff was really nice. Breakfast was on point, lots of choices. But man, the bed was super uncomfortable. I woke up with a sore back! And don't even get me started on the bathroom smell. Not ideal! Still, I'd recommend for the vibe.
